"One particular report described the gaps and the shortcoming in the philosophy of the government, the situation of the law within the country and the arbitrary declaration of what is lawful and unlawful regardless of divine law as instituted by God." -- Osama Bin Laden, The Ladenese Epistle: Declaration of War, Dec 1996

"We have allowed rampant secularism.... We have insulted God at the highest levels of government." -- Pat Robertson, "The 700 Club," 9/13/01

"In spite of all these outward worldly signs of our national success, we are actually on the brink of our destruction, and if we do not awaken now, it will be too late. We are making secularism our national religion. The government and the courts have become, not neutral to religion as the Founders intended, but openly hostile to Christianity." -- Jerry Falwell, "A National Rebirth Needed," 8/6/00

MTTU Uncovered and Ugly

Wichita, Kansas has it's share of hate groups with the likes of Hammerskin Nation, Neo-nazis and the Constitution Party. These groups are rather small and don't make their presence known. One hate group in Wichita does like to make a spectacle of itself, that group is Missionaries to the Unborn. The Maggot Punks, as an anti-fascist group has reported on MTTU in the past and continues to monitor the activities of this terrorist group.

Missionaries to the Unborn once claimed a membership. It held a rally in a different state where 20 people claimed to be members. Now the organization exists solely as mttu.com, a pathetically boring website which provides links to articles about abortion, homosexuals, pro-choice groups and feminists. In Wichita it is the most active presenting it's usually daily ranting over an answering machine which they call the Godarchy line. The Maggot Punks often refer to it as the godachy line since the idiotic ramblings can go on for 10 minutes and excludes the need for a laxative. Despite it's unoriginality MTTU has had it's 15 minutes of fame earning recognition in the anti-abortionist terrorist community.

MTTU is the brain spillage of Steve Wetzel, a graduate from the now defunct Florida Bible College who has turned out at least one good graduate John Edward Boehm. I say this only because he started a coffee company and coffee is an alright religion in my book. There were some other notables who became fire fighters, postal workers and police officers but the majority went into the field of professional begging otherwise known as the religion profession. Steve probably got some stupid bible degree which really doesn't mean anything. How hard is it to read the bible and get a degree because you've read it? I'm being too harsh. Steve did take Fleecing the Gullible 101 but did quite poorly, but he did fairly well in professor Goebbels Propaganda and Lies 305 class.

Wetzel achieved his claim to fame when he started his campaign of intimidation by posting pictures of medical patients and their records on his website. He was promptly taken to court where he suffered an embarrassing legal defeat and was forced to remove the medical information off his website. His fellow terrorist cronies simply created mirror websites beyond the reach of the American justice system so they could continue to harass patients. For this Wetzel got the often handed out loosely Persecuted Christian of the Week award. The following week the award was handed to an Oregon pastor who didn't get the free sprinkles on his Baskin-Robbins sundae like he usually does.

Wetzel and the MTTU crew has joined with such infamous terrorists like Don Spitz of the Army of God (responsible for a few doctor assassinations including the attempted assassination of Dr. Tiller) and Neal Horsley (Nuremburg Files website owner who advocates the murder of all pro-choicers). Wetzel has applauded Clayton Waagner, the terrorist who mailed anthrax threats, and put him on the page of Prisoners for Christ website he manages which honors those Christians imprisoned for doing God's work fighting abortion.

The advocacy of terrorists and terrorism hasn't gone unnoticed. With the terrorist attacks in New York and D.C. last year the subject of terrorism has been discussed in university classes. At Ohio State University's political science 590N Political Violence and Terrorism class students are urged to look at mttu.com as an example of one extremist group in America. Southeast Missouri State University also teaches a class on terrorism in the United States and recommends mttu.com as an example. It's no wonder Mttu.com was listed on the Portal of Evil website.

Wetzel serves as the webmaster of the website based in Nebraska. Perhaps not content with making a ranting fool of himself he leaves that to groveling wannabee activists. Self-proclaimed pastor Steve Mashburn of Christian Family Ministries in Wichita does the weekday rants on the Godarchy Line which are often placed on the website. On the weekends is Brad Bennett who uses the alias Midnight Rapper. His rants are considered to stupid so they are left off the website. Naturally none of them view themselves as terrorists but true Christians out to do their god's work which happens to be whatever they want god to think. Their work is advocated and endorsed by other local fringe groups like self-proclaimed yet churchless pastor Troy Newman's Operation Rescue and another self-proclaimed pastor Dan Thompson of El Dorado who runs another Operation Rescue called Operation Save America. They too say they are doing what their god commands them to do, only Thompson hasn't openly advocated the murder of abortion doctors.
