Line "A lost reputation is the best degree for Christ's service." C. T. Studd who lived from 1860-1931 Karen Myers writes about Monday, August 26, "We went to La Quinta from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. We again held huge banners and the baby Malachi signs along Kellogg. Three police showed up, but did not hassle us at all. The response from those driving by was very positive. In one hour we received 63 good responses (honks, waves, etc.) and 11 bad responses. The managers of Old Chicago (next-door to La Quinta) came out and said they wholeheartedly supported us. They are Catholic and pro-life. However, they said that their business is hurting due to pickets of La Quinta. Let's support our fellow pro-lifers and encourage Christ's body and give our business to the Old Chicago at Kellogg and Rock Rd. Please let your friends know about Old Chicago, too." Looks like the more people learn that the reason graphic pictures of babies murdered by abortion are shown is due to George Tiller, the more they support the people displaying pictures of the American Holocaust. When the people in our community are as disgusted with the evil practice of abortion as they are with the photos of its result, they will stop tolerating George Tiller. Old Chicago needs to take their "We're pro-life but ..." and put their mouth where the "but" is by putting the pressure on La Quinta Inn to disassociate itself with Mr. Tiller and his grisly murder of innocent baby boys and girls. This goes for the rest of the community too. Remember: it takes a village to kill a child. Speaking of abortionists, another one bites the dust in Virginia. Roger A. Fraser appeared in Henrico County Circuit Court for sentencing on Monday. The judge was lenient on the child killer but sentenced him 3 years on 4 separate felony convictions with probation. Fraser will begin serving his remaining 4 months in prison on September 3. His license was initially suspended following a botched abortion at a Falls Church abortion mill. Having been found guilty of four felonies (practicing medicine without a license), his medical license has also recently been revoked. Not mentioned during the trial was the fact that he botched another abortion on February 2, 2002 in Henrico just days before his license was suspended. He is currently being sued for $500,000 in this separate case. When Fraser finishes his short stretch behind bars giving other criminals a bad name not to mention lousy company, he will be unable to resume the grisly practice of killing children and mutilating women for profit because of felony convictions. We told you the Life Dynamics report on Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation covering up the rape and sexual exploitation of children was a bombshell that will snowball into a litigation nightmare for the abortion industry. That report on children being raped by adult males then covered up by abortion mills stated it was only the tip of the iceberg. More of that tip emerged today in a WorldNetDaily exclusive. A legal brief provided to every school district in the country states. "Our review of applicable state laws indicates that by allowing family-planning services providers into the school district to give presentations, conduct sex education classes, leave materials or accept referrals from district agents, servants, employees or contractors, liability may be attenuated to the district for the conduct of the provider." Yes, school districts may be culpable also. Life Dynamics general counsel Ed Zielinski said using Freedom of Information Act requests, the group "found a significant number of school districts may be either deliberately or unwittingly operating" in violation of state laws requiring them and abortion clinics to report to authorities any male partner who impregnates an underage girl. Officials at Life Dynamics say the response to the campaign thus far has been overwhelming. One spokeswoman said, "We're slammed." Mark Crutcher told WND that his organization is well on its way to implementing a national litigation strategy that seeks "compensation in the civil court system for the parents and children whose lives have been affected by this illegal activity." There is a misconception regarding clinics' and schools' obligation to report suspected sexual abuse of a minor child say-s Life Dynamics officials. Crutcher said schools and clinics "in all 50 states" are required to report such cases, but he added "states are required to make a determination" as to whether the abuse actually occurred. "Here's the way it works," he explained. "[They're] supposed to report reasonable suspicion of child sexual abuse. Sexual activity by an underage girl is reasonable suspicion because she cannot legally consent. So therefore, any sexual activity she has is, by definition, without her consent. So, [the authorities] have to investigate that for suspicion that it's sexual abuse." A reporter's responsibility "is to report only, not to investigate" This is one article that you really need to read on WorldNetDaily, America's premier growing news site on the web. The article is titled, "School districts accomplices to sex abuse? Pro-life group advises administrators about reporting teen girls' activity" and can be read in its entirety at: [this link] Just how big is this culpability by schools? In every state, having sex with a child below the age of consent is defined as a crime and requires health-care workers to report suspected sexual child abuse to authorities. When a girl under the age of consent asks the school nurse for information about obtaining contraceptives, birth control or referral to obtain an abortion, it is obvious that there is a reasonable suspicion of criminal child abuse has or is occurring. It must be reported as such. With Mark Crutcher reporting that responses so far running 50-50 favorable and unfavorable, and a target date for litigation not yet set, this thing is going to be too big for the media to ignore. Consider that Mark Crutcher and Life Dynamics' attorneys have already met with families in a single school district that referred "their daughters, literally within three or four days of each other, for abortions" - the oldest being 15. Crutcher says in the article, "If these parents remain as angry as they were last week when we first talked, then this school district is in deep trouble." The legal brief does offer a guide to school districts on how to avoid being culpable in litigation for child abuse. Picture a huge 100-foot snowball beginning to roll down Mt. Everest about 50 yards so far with 26,000 feet to go as it gets larger and larger as it approaches the abortion industry and its culpable partners. Can you say, "Look out below!" real loud? These schools have been inviting the nation's largest abortion provider in and giving them unfettered access to spread their sexually promiscuous agenda to impressionable young children surging with hormones. The districts responding negatively to the legal brief are according to Mark Crutcher "being singled out for 'special attention.'" |
