School has started and the younger Maggot Punks are back pursuing their education. The FFF's are back in their Christian schools with the fantasy that they will get to go to medical school without any real foundation in biology.

Your webmaster is diligently looking for a job (they're way overrated). So the website isn't getting updated as often as we would like.

No matter what is going on in our lives we will always make time to fuck with the FFF's. It's our calling in life. The August 23 update includes things that happened since August 18.

Our new buzz word is "willful ignorance." It is the characteristic of the FFF that is most disgusting to the freethinker. Just like a drug, religion is used to escape reality, responsibility and provide a tranquil feeling to the addict. The FFF has discovered that the old saying "ignorance is bliss" holds true throughout every situation in their lives.

Why deal with taking responsibility when we can just "give our lives to Jesus"?

All problems in the world can be solved by praying (talking to an imaginary friend). The FFF ingests religion just like a drug. Whenever life presents

problems that seem overwhelming, the FFF just says to himself, god will take care of everything. Since every problem in life will either kill you or be resolved, it is perfectly acceptable to live under the delusion that god took care of it.

The problem arises when we apply Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Specifically the third level. This is the social needs of humans to belong to a group. The egocentric nature of humans compels them to be in the best group possible. If they are not in the best possible group, they simply redefine 'best'.

Defining oneself in any group requires strict definition of the group and its boundaries. For example, if one does not believe in the resurrection of Jesus, then that person is not a Christian. A Christian must believe that a man was nailed to a tree, died, came back alive, gave a sermon to 500 people and no one bothered to say anything about it until 50 years later.

However, it goes beyond simple belief. Groups of people have been claiming that they are the only group that matters since the beginning of recorded history. In modern times, Christians not only say they are right and everyone else is wrong, they believe that they are immune from the laws of decent society because of their elevated status with a non-existent god.

Believing that, provides a since of belongingness, security, and tranquility. Much the same things that the abuse of narcotics can deliver. That is willful ignorance.

Fred Phelps, Jr was back on Tuesday spouting out ignorance in its purest form. After saying "good morning" to him the Maggot Punks were met with "shut up you stupid Nazis". He demonstrated every trait that is repulsive about christians and even managed to come up with some new ones.

He attempted a scientific argument with D-cubed which more clearly defined his willful ignorance.

On Wednesday, the central clinic was closed but that didn't stop the willfully ignorant from showing up. They shouted at the walls, despite the fact that they were fully aware that no patients were inside. Tim, the newest Terrorist In Training (TIT) parked his car surreptitiously down the street. When clinic workers drove away, he recklessly sped across a parking lot, endangering those around him in order to follow the workers home. Though he denies it, there was criminal intent in his actions.

Tim told the Maggot Punks on Friday that we didn't need to stoop to the level of using foul language and sexual references on our website. Click here for our reply to Tim.

Tim also tried to stir up trouble by telling us that our friend and courageous champion of choice, Maria was going to sue us. We'll wait for the subpoena. Its probably being delayed like the one from Lisa. Then, he told us that our friend Scarlet (who he insists is a lesbian despite not knowing her real name or anything about her) called us dick heads. She would never do that because she knows that we are assholes not dick heads.
