Values Voters Debate?

This could be an article on the Values Voters Debate that aired on the Sky Angel Network but it's not like anybody actually watched the debate. Sky Angel Network? Has anyone heard of that? Well, this debate was a time for all the second or third tier fundy activists to get together to express how much they hate everything. I'm only mentioning this event because defrocked pastor Mark Holick was invited to whine alongside a bunch of other nobodies for a three hour tour (that sadly had no Ginger or Mary Ann).

Three hour debate? Yeah, it took a long time because questions were asked to people who didn't bother to show up for this non-event. Front runners Guliani, Thompson, Romney and McCain, didn't waste their time.

To fill in the gaps they threw in other candidates like Alan Keyes and some other nobodies I can't even

remember. Questions were asked to the absent candidates and the people actually waited minutes for an answer. It would have been symbolic if they did that once but they continued to do it all night as if they were under some mind tripping hallucinagen.

To begin their festival of hate they started with a choir that sang a song that Fred Phelps would be proud of. Taking a treasured song, God Bless America, they hacked it to something akin to God Hates America which can be found in numerous Phelps protests. One of the actual issues raised was the invasion of transvestites into public schools. Where do these nutters come up with this stuff?

Speaking of nutters Holick gave his question. Naturally it attributed to whining about how the IRS is enforcing the law against Holick and whether or not the candidates will change the law so he can keep his money and keep endorsing candidates, even though he says he wasn't doing that. Naturally all the candidates agreed it was a good idea because they are all on the fringe that they get their support from extremist hate churches like Spririt One Christian Center and need all the support they can get.

My church and I are currently under investigation by the IRS for "political involvement" due to my identifying politicians who support the destruction of innocent unborn children. If you were elected president, would you remove the gag rule from pastors like me and support a repeal of the portion of IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) that restricts churches and ministries from expressing our biblical convictions for or against a candidate?

The event was largely populated by people from the Southwest, but when I say largely populated I may be giving the impression the center was filled. There were hundreds of empty seats to match the few empty podiums. The press reaction was also muted with reports emphasizing the poor attendance, lack of appearance of some candidates and the fact that the debate was from the fringe Christian Taliban of society that represents a small percentage of the population. I'm sorry to say I couldn't find any video of Holick's Q&A, it's just that it was three hours long and Holick is a nobody who only appeared to give himself more exposure.

Another Gietzen Org Fails

Mark Stewart Gietzen, the genius who runs an online Christian dating service that pulls in over $200,000 a year but can't pay his tax bills has let another organization he runs fall into the ground. First he couldn't send in the paperwork for his Kansas Coalition for Life group. Now his Kansas Republican Action Assembly has fallen delinquent as well.

The KRAA (which has tried to get the Maggot Punks website shut down and threatened to sue our server because of this story) was formed as an alternative to the Kansas Republican Assembly (who can file their paperwork) because the KRA just wasn't fanatical enough. The KRAA claims to be the true conservatives and bills itself as devotees of Reagan. They label themselves as pro-life (therefore support unnecessary wars into places like Grenada and Latin America), and fiscally conservative (unlimited line of credit that must be paid by future generations).

KRAA only served to be a pain in the ass to the Republican party as Gietzen often disrupted events claiming the Republicans weren't fanatical enough. They weren't terribly influential having raised absolutely no money for candidates. The candidates they gave endorsements too often lost (including Jan Beemer who accused Dr. Tiller of being a Baal worshipper).

Gietzen did get a break though. His charges for driving too damn slow were dismissed. Lucky bastard. However things aren't going so well for some other antis who are still fighting in court. Self-proclaimed Reverend Henry Shaver and his companion Joe Cox have a court date in October for disturbances in a house of worship. Defrocked pastor Mark Holick has trespassing charges also in October.

Gietzen, Fox's Tax Bills Increase

Despite running a Christian dating website service that pulls in $210,000 a year Gietzen would rather fill up his private airplane with premium than pay his tax bill that has nearly doubled over the previous year. The government needs the nearly $2,700 to help pay for court costs associated with lousy drivers like Gietzen who is awaiting trial for being a piss poor driver. As for you guys who are still waiting for the thousands of dollars Gietzen still owes from his failed state senate run, it appears you'll still have to wait. This guy owes money all over the place; such a trustworthy guy is perfect for heading a Republican party organization.

Here we have the self-proclaimed reverend Terry Fox. He runs a side show at the Wild West theme park in Park City, Kansas. I should say bankrupt theme park. After being open for two months the fundamentalist Christian owner decided he'd shut down and stick his middle finger up to all those people who invested in his business and to those who purchased season passes.

Among those who invested was Terry Fox who put $50,000 into the theme park. A couple hundred thousand came from his Summit Church. Funny how Fox is able to drive a luxury car, have a nice house, throw $50,000 to a theme park yet he still can't pay his tax bill. No doubt his next sermon will be on personal responsibility and how to avoid it.

Operation Rescue Applauds Terrorism

Apparently no longer hiding the fact that Operation Rescue approves of terrorism their website boldly announced their pleasure with Women's Health Care Services closing for two weeks. The temporary closing is due to remodeling resulting from the terrorist attack where two Christian terrorists flooded the clinic causing thousands of dollars in damages. Operation Rescue, clueless as always, attributes the closing to their activities of encouraging Dr. Tiller of being charged with misdemeanors (Operation Rescue doesn't actually bother to do any research).

Operation Rescue admitted to the terrorist attacks with their statement, "God has blessed our work and honored our prayers by giving us a respite from the killing." Either Operation Rescue is admitting to be a terrorist group or they need to admit they lied in their story.

To further the lies Operation Rescue mentioned in the comment section how they shut down Tiller's only competition by buying the other abortion business in town. That's a lie in more than one way but facts tend to get in the way of Operation Rescue propaganda. Tiller bought the business and Allison White, daughter of terrorist Jeff White, purchased the empty building. Operation Rescue has never even owned the building. Ownership of the building transferred to Cradles of Love which is the front group for Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust run by Jeff White.

The Maggot Punks have sent a request to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division to investigate into the financial activities of both groups since a for-profit group, Operation Rescue, is using the property of a tax-exempt group, Survivors, for their HQ. Also, charities which raise more than $10,000 must register with the state which Cradles of Love has not done despite having procured $40,000 for remodeling of the building which Operation Rescue says they are doing. The fact that the two organizations blend their activities together hints that Operation Rescue may be channeling funds through the non-profit and not accurately reporting the income in violation of IRS laws. Operation Rescue has violated IRS laws in the past and rightly had their tax-exempt status revoked (Operation Rescue claimed they voluntarily gave up their status but the IRS said otherwise).
