"History,
I believe, furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining
a free civil government. This marks the lowest grade of ignorance of
which their civil as well as religious leaders will always avail themselves
for their own purposes." --President Thomas Jefferson Letter to
von Humboldt, 1813 |
January 27, 2006 ORW Rakes it in |
The Maggot Punks have acquired Operation Rescue West's 990 tax forms for 2004. Of course it really isn't ORW, it's Youth Ministries, Troy's tax-exempt cover organization. Well it was a killer year for Troy, the organization pulled in a whopping $570,725. The large increase over last year was primarily due to the publicity surrounding Terri Schiavo which Troy and the other antis leeched onto for publicity and cash. The propaganda machine worked. Troy also conned people out of money begging for funds to perform a private autopsy on an alleged fetus murder in Florida. As the Maggot Punks had reported the state of Florida pays for autopsies and doesn't accept private funds. Troy pocketed that cash. A good year for ORW means a good year for Troy. Troy gave himself a nifty paycheck that year smuggling $120,748 to his one man corporation (really a PO Box) American Missionary Assoc. The Maggot Punks broke the connection between AMA and ORW last year. As a result Troy changed the PO Box to PO Box 60001, Sacramento, CA 95860. Ownership information for that box isn't updated yet so the last owner we found for that address was Shahab Hazghazam whose rental ended in July 2004. If Troy feels he's innocent of money laundering charges then why the change from a PO Box that has long been used by anti-abortion terrorists? With the large influx of money Troy continued to go on a real estate buying spree. His latest acquisition is a $120,000 mortgage to buy property on 925 S. Main St. in Wichita, KS. Maybe somewhere in his twisted mind getting another house is one more step to stopping abortion. Nobody is that foolish to believe it, but they keep on sending their checks thinking Troy is in the business of stopping abortion rather than lining his own pockets, tax-free. In other news ORW has continued to surround itself around terrorists and terrorism. First some good news. A bill was introduced into the Kansas legislature that will limit ORW's ability to disrupt funerals. As the Maggot Punks have reported ORW has disrupted and protested at three funerals in Wichita. The majority of people in Wichita have gotten fed up with this disgraceful act. Now the unenforced 300 foot buffer zone will be moved to a larger distance and may actually get enforced. This shouldn't matter to Troy and his god complex because he flaunts the law any chance he gets expected his high income attorneys from the American Family Association to bail him out. To show Troy's admiration for terrorists he has Bob Ferguson, AKA Frogplague in the Army of God circle, driving one of his "truth" trucks around the Midwest. Ferguson has openly admired the acts of doctor killing terrorists, he even has his own page on the Army of God website. A picture of this bloated toad can be found on Neal Horsley's Christian Gallery website in an article written by convicted terrorist Joshua Graff. Ferguson also has a long history of working with convicted terrorist Cheryl Sullenger. Speaking
of Cheryl Sullenger and terrorism a
mysterious package was found at Dr. Tiller's clinic. The bomb squad
was called and the unmarked package detonated. Tying this package to
the anti-abortion terrorism movement was the contents, pages of religious
propaganda, no doubt condemning Tiller to some fictional hell for providing
necessary medical services. Cheryl Sullenger who usually doesn't protest
at the clinic was there today with her camera ready to take photos.
Coincidence? Or perhaps something akin to an arsonist coming back to
the scene to see the effects of her actions? Sullenger blamed Dr. Tiller
for sending himself the package and closing the clinic for three hours
in an effort to gain attention. That's a pretty lame story that a guilty
person might tell to clear her conscience. |
