This week the small but vocal community of progressive pro women's rights activists said goodbye to one of its most beloved champions. Rex Blair died on December 11, 2004. He was 55.

As a courageous champion of choice, Rex was the embodiment of courage. When escorting he would frequently get tired and winded due to his health problems but that never meant he would take a single ounce of shit from any of the FFF's.

The FFF's generally thought that there was something wrong with Rex's mind due to his health problems and appearance. When Would begin debates with them, the look on their faces was priceless when they found out that this unassuming man was an intellectual powerhouse. It never took Rex long to back the weak minded FFF's into a corner. Of course they would claim victory and give the standard "we'll pray for you". line.

This is the earliest picture we have of Rex. On this day, DDD figured he didn't need a hat. He had to sit inside for a while because he was so cold. Rex pulled out this orange hunting cap from his car and gave it to DDD.

Rex will be missed but never forgotten!
